Access the program

• To join the live streaming program, please ensure you have a good internet on yourdevice or computer.
• After the registration is completed, the program and login details will be sentto you by email (to the email address that you provide upon your registration) ONEweek before the event.
• Kindly be reminded that only 1 device can be signed into Zoom (either desktop/notebook / tablet/ smartphone) at a time. Login from an additional device while usingthe account, the first device will be logged out automatically.
• Participants have to make sure they sign in through desktop or mobile app, notas the web client.
• Some countries or regions are restricted to ZOOM, please check if the service isaccessible in your location:
Cuba: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to accessZoom services.
Iran: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to accessZoom services.
North Korea: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unableto access Zoom services.
Syria: For regulatory reasons, users in this country are currently unable to accessZoom services.
Ukraine (Crimea Region): For regulatory reasons, users in this region are currentlyunable to access Zoom services.

Registration

Please ensure you have completed BOTH the course registration and ZOOM registration,and please use the same email address if possible.  

Payment

- All conference and function payments must be received prior to the event.
- If no payment has been received prior to the event date, your registration willbe invalid and you will  be taken off the participants list.  

Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Registration is on first-come-first-serve basis.
- NO refund once the registration is completed.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat, and no refunds will be given to participants who cancel their registration or fail to attend theevent.
